Shipping and Return Policies
Shipping information update:
Due to the increased strain on shipping carriers, please allow extra time for your order to arrive. Typically, things are delivered in a timely fashion but some items can take up to 2 weeks to make their way to you.
Please note that both UPS and USPS have been giving false delivery alerts. If an item is marked as delivered but hasn’t, please be patient, it will likely show up in a day or two.
In the unlikely scenario where your order is lost or not delivered, please file a claim with the appropriate carrier. UPS and USPS has suspended claims for shippers but customers should still be able to file. If you need information from us to help move those claims along, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

69 does not offer cash refunds but we are happy to exchange most products (excluding masks) for store credit.
Returns must be made within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
The buyer is required to pay return shipping costs if order is over $200. *Once your item is returned we will contact you and issue you a store credit.
FUN BAGS- This is our MYSTERY BAG. The items we put in these bags are a mystery to us until we pack it! Your'e guaranteed to receive items that have a total retail value of $69.
Pre-Order Items- Often we offer pre-order items because we as a small business can not afford to hold onto a lot of inventory; particularly our higher priced items. We set timelines for these orders based on quotes from the sewers we work with. Sometimes these productions can extend longer than expected. If we are experiencing delays we will be in contact.
